I've noticed that while going faster than 160km and around 5K Rpm for a while at 7 psi of boost the gas pedle gets real hard like it doesn't want to go anymore is this because the car is overheating?

its a litle below the midle...

this is from the instruction manual:

"More importantly, your stock coolant temperature
gauge in your car will move to
    normal when the coolant temperature
reaches a temperature near 160oF, but
your stock gauge will not show any
change or movement in temperature until
    the engine coolant temperature reaches
nearly 220oF. This means that you could
be trying to operate you supercharged
engine in a hostile environment that is
    60o hotter than is ideal."
